What do you do when you have found out your partner is cheating on you and finally decided to leave. You move out and take all your stuff with you, hoping that it will be the last time you ever see them again.
You rightly think that they are no longer interested in you or else they would not have cheated on you in the first place. However, you have only been away for a couple of weeks and you start getting the feeling you are being watched. Someone is following you, and you are getting phone calls at strange times of the day!
If this happens to you the first thing you should do is call the police, stalking is a crime and you should make sure it stops. Keep track of when and where you feel you are being followed/watched, and take the license plates of any suspicious vehicles you see.
If you are getting strange calls, take a note of the number and pass it on to the police. Now we all now it will take some time for the police to get involved in your case, so in the mean time there are a few things you can do.
First take all the strange numbers and pass them through the reverse phone database here. Then pass on any information you get to the police - do not confront any one about this. Remember if someone is stalking you it is much different than them cheating on you. Unfortunately cheating is not a crime but stalking is. How to catch him out
Back again with another method to catch your cheating partner in the act.
This time it's his computer use.
Does yourhusband use his computer excessively? Is it the first place he goes after work.
Will he spend hours at a time on the internet?
These are all signs that he might be cheating on you.
First thing you need to do is get onto his computer, if it is password protected it just raises your suspicions, so ask him for the password, and if he won't give it to you then confront him immediatley as he obviously has something to hide.
When you get onto his computer you need to check his history, this will show you all the websites he has visited in the past few days to weeks.
Then you need to go to all the sites he has been visiting and see if any of them are suspicious, these could be forums that are set up for people to meet, chatrooms, adult oriented sites.
If you do find any forums or chat rooms that he has been involved in - check them out for his latest posts, this is where you will find out if he has been cheating!
I'll finish here, just remember that he may not be cheating on you , so do not let your love for him fade until you have absolute proof.

Catch that cheating husband
The most important thing you can do to catch your cheating husband, is to keep a close eye on all his activities. By this I mean financial, phone, weekend, computer, everything.
For the moment I will concentrate on phone records.
You should make sure to intercept his cell phone bill before he gets it, if he has a problem with you reading it then you know he has something to hide. Make a copy of the bill and then go through each number when you have time. If there are numbers you don't recognize then run them through this phone number database. It will provide you with all the information you need on the person who owns the number.
This can be carried out on both landlines and mobiles.

Do You Want To Catch Your Cheating Spouse?
I was living with a cheater for 10 years without realizing it! He had a string of girlfriends that he would meet on weekends and during lunches, and obviously whenever I was away for business.
My job requires me to travel a lot, and when I first started to become suspicious of my cheating husband, I blamed it on the fact that I was away so much.
He must be lonely,
all men need company,
Its my fault really.
These were just some of the things that I would tell myself.
But I soon came to realise that none of this was my fault and that by blaming myself I was just ignoring the real problem. That I had married a cheat and a liar.
The first thing I did was look online for ideas on how to catch him out, I knew I needed proof if I was going to confront him about his cheating ways.
I found a whole raft of information and articles that finally allowed me to collect all the information I needed to catch him.
